My Eye Media Promotes Mel Waddell to SVP Post Production (MESA)

My Eye Media has announced the promotion of Mel Waddell to Senior Vice President of Post Production Services. “Mel continues to personify the forward-thinking agility which has propelled My Eye Media to the top in a rapidly changing industry,” My Eye Media founder and CEO Michael Kadenacy said. “This promotion is in well-deserved recognition of her increased role in overseeing Operations.”
Waddell joined My Eye Media in 2007 as Lead Mastering QC Operator. Among her many accomplishments, she has successfully established and maintained strong and collaborative relationships with clients, played a key role in developing accelerated workflows, and continues to ensure operational SOPs are at the cutting edge of the industry.
According to the General Manager, Kip Sears, “Mel’s superb understanding and experience in dealing with our client needs and requirements; coupled with her adeptness at incorporating the newest technologies into our workflow, form an unbeatable combination, and serve to make her an invaluable member of our management team.”
