Dave Gartenberg Joins Avanade as Chief Human Resources Officer (MESA)

Avanade today announced that Dave Gartenberg has joined the company as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). As the leading digital innovator, Avanade has 30,000 professionals across the globe and Gartenberg will be responsible for the strategic direction of all aspects of people management, including training and development, performance management and succession planning. With his passion for improving the employee experience, he will also support Avanade in its own journey to exemplify a leading digital workplace.

Gartenberg has over 20 years of experience in HR and organizational effectiveness and was most recently CHRO for Slalom, helping manage significant growth during his tenure. Avanade brings together the world’s largest community of experts on Microsoft-based solutions so Gartenberg will also be tapping into his 13-year experience at Microsoft. As part of his role, Gartenberg will join the company’s Executive Committee.
