Birlasoft Takes Home Organization Leadership Award (MESA)

IT service management firm Birlasoft announced it’s won the Organization Leadership Award during this month’s Organization Development Summit and Awards 2019 in Mumbai.
The company earned the honor after submitting a case study around its Learning and Development team’s PMAspire program, which is designed to meet the developmental needs of both project leaders and project managers, ensuring on-time deliveries within budget.
“It is completely hands-on, case study-driven, and tailored to Birlasoft’s processes and tools, delivered through the support of internal delivery managers and subject matter-experts (SMEs),” the company said in a statement.
The summit featured 25 speakers who shared views on experimental learning, learning and development best practices, and business perspectives. On behalf of Birlasoft, the award was received by Palak Jadhav, a senior member of the learning and development team at Birlasoft.
