MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: July 13-17

Top tips for better customer service from Zendesk, ideas on when to archive content on-premises vs. the cloud from Caringo, and a bevy of work-from-home and future of media and entertainment remote-work insights from the CEO of Box.

Those are just a few of the online events members of the Media & Entertainment Services Alliance (MESA) will be holding the week of July 13-17, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• Zendesk will hold the webinar “Coffee Breaks Part 1: Top Tips for Better Customer Service.”

• Adobe will host the discussion “Workforce Productivity: Successfully Navigating COVID-19.”

Wednesday:

• A Kaltura webinar will focus on “Vodafone TV Legacy Entertainment and Migration.”

• Caringo will host the webinar “Point Break: When to Archive Content On Prem or in the Cloud.”

Thursday:

• On Thursday at 11 a.m. PT, Box CEO Aaron Levie will offer a look at how he’s guiding his company and employees through remote-work challenges, and share what long-term transformations he sees for the industry, where better security must be made possible, but without sacrificing productivity, in the webinar “The Future of Work.”

Giant increases in digital collaboration, more productivity in the afternoons, and more work being done outside of normal business hours. The shift to remote working has resulted in a number of eye-opening changes to how work, and business, is done, with unexpected challenges and key lessons that will remain for the media and entertainment industry long after the lockdowns end.
