Genpact Brings Media Management Thoughts to Dec. 8 CPS Event

At the Dec. 8 virtual Content Protection Summit Brajesh Jha, global head of media and entertainment for Genpact, will offer up thoughts around something weighing on M&E minds everywhere: managing media to its fullest potential in an all-streaming reality.

The presentation — “Media Management in a Streaming World” — will share ideas on how it’s essential to rethink distribution, monetization, and rights compliance when revenue is being driven via digital channels.

“We’re acutely aware of the pressure facing media and entertainment companies. They’re working to maximize revenues and protect their IP while also overcoming the challenges that 2020 has given us all,” Jha said. “Our session will explore the complexities of managing media in a streaming world, from mixed distribution channels and monetization options to IP management and contract compliance. We’ll offer new perspectives on how to address them and insights on the technologies that are making a dramatic difference.”

The presentation will cover how media and technology companies are taking a holistic approach across IP management and monetization, enabling technologies, and fostering trust and safety to build a winning streaming strategy.

Presented by Microsoft Azure, the event is sponsored by SHIFT, Genpact, Akamai, Convergent Risks, Friend MTS, GeoGuard, PacketFabric, Palo Alto Networks, Richey May Technology Solutions, Splunk, Zixi, Cyberhaven, EIDR and Xcapism Learning.
