MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: March 1-5

Zendesk shares what’s new with its suite of products, Sony offers an in-depth look at one of its top moviemaking cameras, and Amdocs tackles the potential of 5G made available to operators with new Network Embedded Services (NES).

Those are just a few of the online events from the MESA community the week of March 1-5, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• “What’s new at Zendesk: March 2021 — Americas” will see a collection of Zendesk experts discuss the new Zendesk Suite, which brings together all the critical components of delivering great customer experiences; Zendesk Messaging, now part of Zendesk Suite; how to deliver faster service as you scale with built-in bots and automation; and how to help your teams scale and reduce costs.

Wednesday:

• Sony will hold its “FX6 Workshop,” walking owners of the camera through all its features, including its ability to capture up to 15-plus stops of dynamic range, Sony’s S-Cinetone gamma for film like skin tones, and up to 10-bit, 4:2:2 XAVC-I recording. The FX6 camera combines a 4K full-frame Exmor R sensor with a BIONX XR engine for extremely sensitive capture in a range of settings using a base ISO of 800 as well as an ISO 12800 high-sensitivity mode for nuanced low-light scenes.

Thursday:

• Amdocs will take part in the panel “Monetize the Power of the Network with 5G Value Plane,” to discuss the potential of 5G made available to operators with new Network Embedded Services (NES). NES are specifically designed to drive out, curate and monetize underlying network capabilities as the mobile industry surges towards the real 5G inflection point – that of the transition to 5G Standalone and fully converged network and business architectures.
