MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: April 26-30

Palo Alto talks ransomware with its new cybersecurity division, Akamai discusses the state of security at the edge of networks, and Adobe hosts its annual Summit.

Those are just a few of the online events from the MESA community the week of April April 26-30, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• Adobe Summit is happening April 27–29, featuring five hours a day of celebrities, leading brands and Adobe experts offering the latest inspirations, technical updates, and product offerings from the company. Free registration for existing Adobe ID, Enterprise ID or Federated ID accounts. If you do not have one, you will be able to create a free account.

• Palo Alto Networks hosts its webinar “2021 Unit 42 Ransomware Threat Report,” featuring threat intelligence experts from Unit 42 and Crypsis who have been studying the emerging trends and latest tactics around ransomware. Speakers will offer actionable insights into adversaries’ methods and operations, the latest ransomware variants, and how these threats exploited business vulnerabilities during 2020.

Wednesday:

• Akamai’s “Security Summit” has long been a Las Vegas. This year, as a virtual event, attendees will explore new cybersecurity models to solve today’s biggest challenges, and discover the latest trends, tools, and strategies they need to turn change into a competitive edge.

Thursday:

• Salesforce hosts the webinar “The Advertising Sales Equilibrium, Rebalanced,” featuring speakers from Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution, Culture Co-Op and BRaVe Ventures.

Friday:

• “Top Tips: Getting Started with MicroStrategy Web SDK” will feature a presentation, demo, and live Q&A with MicroStrategy experts to explore how to customize and extend the impact of intelligence applications using the MicroStrategy Web SDK.
