Salesforce Shares Subscriber Retention Tips at HITS Spring

The decision by content owners to launch their own streaming services makes all the sense in the world. But no matter how big the studio’s name, subscriber churn will always remain a top concern.

May 12 at the Hollywood Innovation and Transformation Summit (HITS) Spring event Siva Natarajan, global head for M&E strategy for Salesforce, will detail how every distributor — small and large — can go about keeping subscribers in the fold.

“I’ll be presenting Salesforce’s go-to-market approach for the M&E industry and introduction to our flagship media industry product Media Cloud,” Natarajan said of the presentation, “As The World Churns: Best Practices in Subscriber Retention.”

“Attendees can walk away with an understanding of how Media Cloud helps M&E companies maximize their customer lifetime value and accelerate their path to digital transformation. The attendees will get to hear best practices on subscriber retention told through the lens of Media Cloud’s Subscriber Lifecycle Management solution.”

HITS Spring is programmed under the guidance of the content advisors of the Hollywood IT Society, and is produced by MESA and the Hollywood IT Society (HITS), in association with the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA) and the Smart Content Council.
