Those are just a few of the online events from the MESA community the week of Aug. 2-6, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Tuesday:

• ME-ISAC — an initiative within the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA), for the benefit of the Trusted Partner Network (TPN) — will hold its latest informal meet-up for cybersecurity and content protection executives in the M&E industry.

Held the first Tuesday of each month, the virtual events feature presentations and Q&As with experts in the industry. To sign up for the Aug. 3 event or future sessions, click here.

Wednesday:

• “MicroStrategy Education: A Detailed Look” will see MicroStrategy’s Josef Timchenko, director of education delivery for the Americas, and Lauren O’Connor, director of curriculum development, offer a deep dive into MicroStrategy Education. Attendees will discover how to launch a career in analytics by earning MicroStrategy certifications, and managers will learn how to train teams with a formal education plan, leverage the value in enterprise data, develop a culture of success, and maximize ROI in technology investments.

Thursday:

• Adobe’s Jeanette Mathews, senior product manager, and Seb Shaw, director of strategic development, host the webinar “3D Starter—Explore the Foundations of 3D Design,” designed for 2D artists new to 3D, to help quickly understand the basics of 3D using Adobe Stager.

• Zendesk’s top minds host “Agility in Action,” a collection of more than 15 sessions to choose from, where they’ll share new ways to make your mindset and practices more agile, with attendees learning to keep operations nimble, challenge old thinking, and build customer experiences fit for changing times.

• The live webinar “Box Sign: A Smarter Way to Sign, Secure, and Save” has Box VP of product management Burke Culligan sharing new updates around Box Sign, bringing e-signatures right where your content lives this summer, along with a demo of how it works.

Friday

• On Aug. 6, Women in Technology Hollywood will host a collection of heart-felt stories from individuals who weathered the pandemic and have found their lives changed in various ways on the other side, in the online event “Our Stories of Resilience.”

“Looking back, many of these stories have turned into road signs for new opportunities, learning experiences or life changing realizations,” the event description shares. “During this webinar, WiTH has found a few individuals who are willing to share their story with you so that we can all come together and celebrate our stories.”

The event will be hosted by Hollie Choi, the new executive director of the Entertainment ID Registry (EIDR), and Lynn Rose, founder and CEO of WOWMaker Enterprises, LLC.
