ICVR Nominated for Two Auggie, Two Timmy Awards

Software development studio ICVR has been nominated for four awards, including two product-focused Auggie Awards at the AWE 2021 (Augmented World Expo), and two organization-focused at the Timmy Awards 2021.

AWAY is a Finalist for Best Art or Film at Auggie Awards 2021. AWAY continues to impress and was created to test ICVR’s virtual production pipeline and tools, utilizing Unreal Engine, XR Stage’s LED volume, Stype’s tracking system, and other technologies to deliver realistic footage fit for Film at TV.

Meanwhile, Botzees’ AR Mobile App is a Finalist for Best Game or Toy. Botzees, a robotic toy designed for children between 4-12 years old, aiming to educate children how to program and command a physical toy via an AR mobile app in real time. Over the last few years, the Botzees won many awards including CES Innovation Award in 2020 and was featured by Apple and Amazon. This year, we are one step away from winning the Auggies!

Ihar Heneralau, CEO of ICVR is a finalist for Best Tech Manager in Southern California, in the 7th annual Timmy Awards, which recognizes the top workplaces and people inside the North American tech industry. Demonstrating great leadership and positive influence, these managers like Ihar lead their teams through unexpected territories and inspire performance and growth. Southern California’s tech community can vote here until Sept. 27 to decide the Regional Winners, who will be judged in the national round by experts from companies like Paypal, Netflix and Oracle.

ICVR is also a finalist for Best Tech Work Culture in Southern California at the Timmy’s. Best Tech Work Culture finalists have shown what it means to having a rewarding team environment, going beyond perks to bring together tech employees over a shared mission: innovation, learning, and technical creativity. With each city’s winners decided by popular vote here, it will be Southern California’s tech community who decides if ICVR will represent Southern California in the final, national round, judged by industry leaders.
