Those are just a few of the online events from the MESA community the week of Oct. 11-Oct. 15, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.
Here’s a look at what’s ahead:
Tuesday:
• “Live SSAI with Ad Insertion Platform and Zixi” will see Zixi’s and Ad Insertion Platform’s market Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI) solution DAIConnect explored, with the solution integrating the Zixi SDVP so customers can ingest distribution feeds, control SCTE-35 markers and leverage Zixi live transcoding for OTT distribution in HLS or MPEG-DASH.
• The “Live Your Vision” event from Sony will show how the company’s upcoming products, workflows and services is helping to inspire and enable users to enhance storytelling capabilities.
Thursday:
• “Become a CX Champion: How to Evolve Your Self-Service” will have Zendesk talking about its Zendesk Guide and how to better utilize its help center for additional details and discovering tips and tricks.
