Here’s a look at what’s ahead:
Tuesday:
• In the webinar “Design And Deploy Zero Trust For Enterprise Private Cloud,” Palo Alto Networks’ CTO and founder Nir Zuk discusses how a zero trust architecture applies to the enterprise data centre digital transformation journey. Attendees will participate in a hands-on lab where you we will walk you through how to architect zero trust virtual NGFW best practices in your enterprise data centre and gain practical insights on how to implement zero trust in your data centre by leveraging automation to reduce engineering and delivering consistent security.
Thursday:
• Zendesk’s “A CX Moment with Kajabi” attendees will hear from Kajabi’s VP of customer experience on how they use machine learning, AI, and multiple channels for tech and billing support. Be ready to learn how self-service video and live chat can keep your customers happy 24×7.
• “Secrets to Success: How Staples revamped their agent experience with Zendesk and MaestroQA” will be an invite-only fireside chat to learn how Staples transformed their Agent Experience with a shift in their QA philosophy and how they approached their coaching goals.
