Whip Media Brings Licensing Insights to Smart Content Summit

For a while now, high-volume, high-velocity needs in today’s worldwide environment have given media and entertainment players fits when it comes to buying and selling content.

And with every new streaming service added to the mix, operators and distributors become even more desperate for smarter, more efficient ways to improve the current process of content licensing and planning.

At the March 10 Smart Content Summit in Los Angeles, Sherry Brennan, EVP and GM of Whip Media’s Whip Media Exchange division, will offer up new insights in the fresh tools available that can ignite the right connections between content buyers and sellers, using a data-driven approach and predictive insights, accelerating deal-making and maximizing revenues.

“We all know that the explosion of streaming services has made content licensing way more complicated, and the need to find the right content more urgent,” Brennan said. “Whip Media has stepped up with proprietary predictive insights to help Buyers and Sellers find the right content by platform and territory. I’m excited to come to MESA in March with a couple of examples showing how real-world decision-making can be easier and smarter using Whip’s new tools.”

The 2022 Smart Content Summit event will be held in conjunction with the EIDR Annual Participant Meeting (EIDR APM), and is presented by Whip Media. The event is produced by MESA, in association with the Smart Content Council and EIDR, with sponsorship by BeBanjo, Signiant, Qumulo, Adio, Alteon, Digital Nirvana, Slalom and Rightsline.
