BB Report: Dozen New Streaming Platforms Found in April

In April, while the CNN+ service was shuttering weeks after launch, a dozen new streaming platforms were found in the worldwide market, according to the Multiscreens+ | Platform Essentials report from media and entertainment consulting firm BB (Business Bureau).
The platforms found were either completely new, or expansions to new territories for existing services, according to BB.
ATLBalaji in India, Joj Play in Slovakia, FlixClassic in Poland, OSN+ in the Middle East, For Us By Us Network and Cinehouse in Canada all debuted.
BritBox expanded to Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway, Anime Onegai expanded to Latin America, Looke expanded to Mexico, Kartoon Channel! Kidaverse expanded to the U.S., and iQiyi opened in China, Canada and the U.S.
Freevee re-branded in the UK and U.S.
