ME-ISAC Talks Cyber Threat Intelligence July 26
Story Highlights
The Media & Entertainment Information Sharing Analysis Center (ME-ISAC) will bring its cyber threat intelligence knowhow to that stage during its July 26 monthly meeting.
“Cyber Threat Intelligence 101, Part 2 – Intelligence Lifecycle” will see Chris Taylor, director of ME-ISAC, lead a discussion around how cyber threat intelligence starts with a large pile of data from a wide variety of sources. How does the CTI analyst know which data is important and what to do with it? The answer to that and related questions comes from the intelligence lifecycle. This is a formal process that turns data into useful intelligence that helps solve some problem. Building from our previous session where we introduced what CTI is, we will now cover what to do with CTI once you receive it.
Come join industry colleagues for a Q&A during this informative and educational discussion.
ME-ISAC provides stakeholders with intelligence on incidents, threats, risks, vulnerabilities, and associated remediations in the form of alerts, threat intelligence feeds, newsletters, forums, training and more.
