EIDR APM to Join British HITS Event Nov. 15

The EIDR Annual Participant Meeting (APM) will now be held on 15th Nov in conjunction with the British Hollywood Innovation & Transformation Summit held live in-person in London, and virtually in the MESAverse, MESA’s virtual work environment for its members and communities.

Previously, the EIDR APM event was scheduled to be held in conjunction with the annual IBC Show in Amsterdam.

Being held at King’s Place, 90 York Way, London, the British HITS event brings together hundreds of senior studio and vendor technology leaders for the latest reality check on the key trends that are transforming the way the industry’s content is being produced, distributed, and consumed.

HITS conference content combines big ideas, problem solving, and practical solutions, and the British Hollywood Innovation & Transformation Summit will be no different, with topics covering everything from cloud, compliance, and security, to AI, data and performance, from solutions, systems and workflows, to metadata, personalisation and assets.

The 10th March  US EIDR APM event saw presentations on the quest for identifier interoperability, the benefits of EIDR-enabled broadcast automation, advances in natural triggers to automate EIDR registrations, and the debut of a new working group to address catalogue challenges when companies merge.

Attendees at British HITS and EIDR APM will get up to speed on the innovations and transformations that have occurred across all of content creation/distribution, their advanced workflows and technology requirements, and the data implications across the complex networks of platforms required to drive virtual production and metaverse experiences.

The British Hollywood Innovation & Transformation Summit and EIDR Annual Participant Meeting is programmed under the guidance of the Content Advisors of the Hollywood IT Society and is produced by MESA and the Hollywood IT Society (HITS). The event is sponsored by Whip Media, GeoComply, Signiant and EIDR.
