Iyuno Completes Phase One of Its Paris Renovation

Iyuno has completed phase one renovation of its expanded facility space in Paris, France.

The renovation of the existing facility—located in the Saint-Denis neighbourhood of Paris—is to offer its clients expanded French dubbing capacity, and as part of the company’s larger global expansion plans that are currently underway in 8 countries.

The integrated facility occupies over 2,000 square meters on a single site and is filled with the latest technology including a Dolby Atmos HE 7.1.4 mix room to deliver the highest quality output.

Located at 6 Rue des Bretons at La Plaine Saint Denis, phase two of the expansion includes 20 total recording studios that are scheduled to be completed in the summer of this year.

In 2017, the South Korean-founded company built brand new studios in Paris with the latest technology in dubbing and became one of the largest facilities for the company in Central Western Europe to boast high-end studios for recording, editing, mixing and QC.

There, Iyuno provides a local office space for its 25 in-house employees and over 80 freelancers.

Since 2018, the global company has become an NP3 certified facility at 18 studios including Paris, demonstrating its ability to provide French dubbing for Netflix Original content.

The France facility expansion is being led by Iyuno’s Vice President of Dubbing Technology, Daniele Turchetta and Paris Managing Director, Grégory Frutin with the Acoustic Design of renowned expert Andy Munro and Studio Sound Service firm.

The group has worked together to passionately transform the facility, building a modern well-designed resource that is both a great place to work and a showcase for Iyuno clients.

Frutin commented “We are so excited to share with everyone our Paris facility. We are very proud of it and know that it will help us serve our existing and new customers on a deeper level.”

Iyuno Paris is located north of the city, with direct access to CDG airport and one train station from Gare du Nord for Thalys (Belgium) and Eurostar (England).

In addition to increasing its footprint in France, Iyuno is also expanding its facilities in the Americas, Asia Pacific and other European regions.

This includes 52 new recording studios and 14 mixing rooms across 8 countries around the globe.

Seen as a global evolution of the company’s network of studios, these capacity expansion plans will bring an increase in workflow quality, state-of-the-art technology and reassert Iyuno as a premier localisation partner that delivers in every language.
