Bill Wooditch has a long list of titles to his name — motivational speaker, CEO, entrepreneur, sales and leadership coach, author — and a record of success to back each one up. His philosophy of “To receive value, you first have to give value” has led him to building up a multi-million-dollar company and publish best-selling books.
On May 12 at the annual Hollywood Innovation and Transformation Summit (HITS) Spring event — the industry’s largest gathering of media and entertainment’s CIOs and top technology minds — Wooditch will bring his insights into what environment IT leaders must create in order to recruit, foster and grow the leaders of tomorrow.
His keynote presentation — “Developing Teams, Services and Customers at Scale” — will address how IT needs to move beyond the mission statement mentality, and seek a new direction, by becoming ambassadors, advocates and stewards of customer satisfaction, a path that evolves from the voices, demands, and wishes of the consumer first.
He’ll offer a strategy that unfolds as a way of directed action, one that keeps pace with technology disruption, to create profit and generate product perpetuation, with growth being the key outcome of an environment, home or office, where the willing and able are encouraged to attempt and perform.
HITS attendees will learn how to create an environment that treats failure as a benefit, one that helps develop the people who create a company’s culture. Wooditch will offer ideas on how to attract and engage customers by “closing the circle” in all aspects of communication, considered a critical tactic for five-star reviews and performance testimonials.
Wooditch is the author of “Always Forward” and “Fail More,” a Wall Street Journal bestseller, and for 25-plus years he has created and implemented proven concepts and narratives that aim to improve leadership development.
HITS Spring is programmed under the guidance of the Content Advisors of the Hollywood IT Society, and is produced by the Media & Entertainment Services Alliance (MESA) and the Hollywood IT Society (HITS), in association with the Content Delivery & Security Association (CDSA) and the Smart Content Council.
