Career Resilience: Saying Yes to Uncertainty and Navigating Change

Our industry is bolting forward at a breakneck rate of change that only accelerates over time. Disruptive innovation is altering the current corporate landscape, causing paradigm shifts for the markets we serve, impacting our business models, profits, and of course, human resource needs.

In the crucible of change, will you melt away as burn-off or will you emerge – tough and indomitable, like tempered steel – to not only survive, but thrive, in the challenging road ahead? Is it possible to be comfortable in discomfort or to inoculate ourselves, like a vaccine, against dis-ease? Is resilience a talent, a gift or can it be taught as well as mastered?  What strengths, attributes and networks are needed to successfully navigate your career? How can you deal with difficult people at work, demanding workloads or having to handle personal criticism?  If you’ve endeavored in a risk-taking initiative or project that failed, how do you recover from that set-back or adversity?  What critical actions can you take today to thrive in an environment of change?

These questions and more will be explored in this Career Resilience workshop featuring these powerful presenters and panelists:

The panel discussion will be followed by a keynote presentation and workshop from Cheryl Hunter whose resiliency framework has been profiled by Forbes Magazine, The Huffington Post, Fast Company, further highlighted by her four TED talks, and is taught across the globe.

You will leave inspired.  And, more importantly, with a set of hard-hitting strategies to perform at increasing levels of virtuosity, satisfaction, and success. Join your colleagues and register today!
