Cybill Miklaszewski,

As Technology Director, Cybill Miklaszewski manages a team of technologists responsible for Intellectual Property Rights Management across 21CF. Most recently, Miklaszewski spearheaded the effort to move the IP Rights System to Cloud architecture. She is currently working on a proof of concept for automating Rights deal point extraction using machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Miklaszewski was nominated and selected for the prestigious Fox Film & TV High Potential Leadership Program (2015-2016) that culminated with an executive presentation of deep research on Consumer Analytics. Her final research project and presentation helped support the creation of the new Data Analytics department servicing all business units across 21CF.

As a catalyst for advancement of women in technology, Miklaszewski founded Women in Tech at 21CF in 2017 and currently serves as Co-Chair creating programs to promote a culture which attracts, retains, and advances women in STEM at 21CF.

Participation in programs outside of technology include being a founding member and Co-Chair for Women@Fox (2016-2017), an organization committed to developing female leadership at all levels and fostering a culture where all women thrive. Miklaszewski also served as a mentor in the Aspire to Achieve Program to purposefully prepare students from local low-income high schools for their college experience and expose them to career opportunities.

Prior to Fox, Miklaszewski worked as a Senior Application Engineer for the Silicon Valley startup, Rightworks, a B2B marketplace and auction software company. She started her career working for Deloitte Consulting implementing financial ERP systems for fortune 500 companies and crossed over into the government space consulting at CGI.

Miklaszewski graduated from University of Arizona with a B.S. in Management Information Systems.
