Meg Morrissey is the Co-Chair for the Language Metadata Table (LMT). She caught the DAM bug tagging car parts for General Motors while getting her Master of Information Science at the University of Michigan. Meg has spent the last eight years polishing metadata and establishing governance for companies large and small. In addition to her role at LMT, she is currently working on developing internal taxonomies to manage digital assets for Netflix. She also lends her expertise as the Senior DAM Architect for MediaValet, a leading DAM vendor based in Vancouver. Meg can typically be found dreaming up ideas for her next homebrewing adventure in sunny Los Angeles.
