Ching-Ching Chen is a Vice President of Content Partnerships & Strategy at Capitol Music Group. At Capitol, she oversees the Capitol360 Innovation Center, and is focused on finding & developing new revenue opportunities to exploit and extract value from CMG’s copyrights, content, brand assets, and artists.
Prior to CMG, she worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Capital Markets division, acted as Chief of Staff to the COO & President of Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group, and spent a summer as an MBA intern for Universal Music Group’s Corporate Development & Strategy team. She holds a B.S. in Economics and International Comparative Studies, and a concentration in Music Performance from Duke University, and a M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
