Susan Cheng,
Executive Vice President, Content Tech & Operations, WarnerMedia
In her current role, Susan is responsible for the distribution of Warner Bros. content worldwide and the technology used to capture, transform, store, and deliver the Studio’s most valuable assets. Groups that fall within her purview include Production Technology, Content Management, Data Governance, and Technical Operations. These teams service WB’s businesses worldwide including Theatrical, Television, and Home Entertainment.
Prior to assuming the role of Executive Vice President, Susan led content management, collaboration and workflow tools, data and analytics solutions, master data and digital archival for WB. During her tenure at WB, she has led various teams, including supply chain planning and strategic sourcing for marketing and global fulfillment categories.
Susan is committed to creating opportunities for others through her involvement in several non-profit organizations, including Game Theory Academy and Digital Diversity Network.
Before joining Warner Bros. in 2006, Susan drove several key initiatives during her time at Johnson & Johnson/Neutrogena, The Walt Disney Company, and Procter & Gamble.
Susan holds an MBA from Yale University and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
In her spare time, Susan continues to hone her skills in sorting LEGO pieces and is always in search of the best sushi joint.
