Diane is an Australian and UK qualified solicitor. Prior to becoming a lawyer Diane worked in TV production in the UK, and on qualification specialised in media and intellectual property law. She worked in private practice in Sydney before moving to Lovells to join its Technology & Media practice. From there she moved to the BBC and later to BBC Studios, where she heads up BBC Studios’ Content and Brand Protection team.
