Program Operations Manager

A candidate with experience in Sales Operations or Program Management, ideally in a pure-play software environment, that can build, organize and coordinate programs. We are looking for a blend of drive, assertiveness, confidence, awareness and interpersonal skills to build consensus, and drive improvement projects to completion in what is a highly matrixed environment. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain intelligent analytics to ensure success quarter over quarter.
- Drive standardization of reporting packs and sales process methodologies, which helps remove failure points within process, this will ensure appropriate sales behaviors when it comes to productivity and drive better visibility, predictability and consistency.
- We proactively identify and resolve inefficient business processes, identifying gaps in the data and creatively finding solutions to tell the right story.
- Analyze and visualize data to tell a compelling story in an easily digestible format
- Proactively find ways to increase sales productivity. Whether it is in the data or in bringing new ideas and procedures to our teams
- Ensure work effort generates desired deliverables on time, within budget and at required performance levels.
- Focus on the deliverables, milestones, and tasks for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Work on diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and strategic thinking as well as attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Communication and maintaining quality relationships. The best PMOs understand that we work better, together.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Tableau. You may be excited by data, but can you make it exciting for everyone else?
- Outside of the Box thinker. We need our sales teams to meet their quotas. Any ideas?
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Demonstrated independence, excellence and integrity in decision making and business judgment
- Have excellent presentation skills. We need to sell our analytics and get the message across efficiently
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for a project.
- Collaborate with other organizations on an as needed basis
- Recommend improved processes and procedures
