You will work with Cisco Service Provider(SP)group.  The SP group is moving its network function applications to cloud native, from physical and virtual appliances. The inherent cloud native characteristics of automated upgrades/updates, faster

deployments, ease of management, and auto scaling contribute to faster time to market and reduced upfront cost. We need a cloud native developer with strong experience in building applications that run in containers.

Who You’ll Work With

You possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent plus 5+ years of full-stack coding experience on large and scalable applications. You’re a strong experience on Java, Groovy, Go or equivalent language.  You have experience on SQL and Non-SQL and domain expertise in Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud Native development.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

*              Strong experience on Java, Groovy, Go or equivalent language

*           Microservice or other distributed architectures

*              Excellent oral and written communication skills

*           Working experience on Git and build tools

*              Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design

*              Reactive or message driven architecture experience

*              Strong understanding of application security standards and practices

*              Experience designing and developing performance optimized, high volume applications

*              Development on private and public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).

*              Container networking knowledge

*              Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies

*              Ability to be versatile and handle multiple tasks and re-prioritizations

*              Ability to maintain self-motivation and to work independently and in team environments.
