Director Marketing Technology

Responsibilities :
- D esign, development and execution of marketing technology roadmap to enable best in class digital marketing capabilities.
- Marketing lifecycle management using Tools, Data, Insight enabling campaign managers to run successful marketing campaigns
- Close partnership with Sales operations, Marketing functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Develop strategy and set policy and direction for the team.
- Contribute to the overall strategic growth of the organization.
- Act as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.
Location preferred: Palo Alto, CA
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics).
- 10+ years work experience in a Analytics/insights, big data, data driven nurture
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com and Eloqua preferred
- Prior experience with Digital marketing technology
- Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
- Mastery knowledge of Marketing fundamentals, lifecycle, marketing mix and knowledge management
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence direct reports and virtual teams
- Excellent negotiating and change management skills
- Ability to interface effectively with senior executive management and demonstrate functional disciplines/knowledge
- Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent operational skills with financial/business acumen and strategic mindset
