Qualifications
At least 10 + years relevant industry experience. (Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce a plus)
In possession of a relevant degree or professional qualification(s).
Prior experience designing applications that balance user needs, commercial interests and technological constraints.
Proficient in relevant software packages. (Adobe Creative Suite, UX-related, Prototyping (InVision), etc.)
Able to clearly present concepts and justify design decisions.
Able to lead a project team through ambiguous discovery phases to a final solution.
Able to multi-task and perform well under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
Careful attention to detail.
Able to work independently and identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Proactive, self-sufficient and professional, with strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
Passionate and enthusiastic about excellence.
Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written English.
Able to demonstrate initiative.
Willingness to travel. (up to 50% of the the time)

Key Responsibilities

Design facing:

  • Collaborate with the Resourcing Teams and Discipline Leads to structure project work, plan and execute client proposals (occasional pitches or RFIs), and take responsibility for quality of design and successful delivery of visual design work.
  • Participate in the early stages of project definition and proposition creation, such as participation in brainstorms or user-focused offerings.
  • Leverage Design Thinking methods and participate and contribute to new methods and offerings.
  • Provide and readily receive ‘critical’ feedback.
  • Convert feedback and relish balancing multiple, sometimes conflicting, inputs when arriving at a final design.

Carry out and contribute to:

  • Salesforce Brand
  • Visual Design Language, concept development, and detailed design documentation
  • Asset production
  • Concept and design documentation
  • Participate in and contribute to design research including planning and prep of workshop materials, conducting interviews and synthesizing
  • Understand visual design across all platforms.
  • Facilitate and contribute to the creation, adoption and improvement of design ‘patterns’ and guidelines and their consistent deployment across various projects.
  • Collaborate and manage effectively with remote team members.
  • Well-versed in technology and software development as it relates to design.

Client & Project Facing:

  • Quickly establish key stakeholders and establish relationship with customer.
  • Articulate the story and vision effectively with client and key stakeholders and to act as primary contact when independently leading projects.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and consider contingency plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities and be able to connect appropriate people to support.
  • Develop close relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues, including project and account management.

Team Facing:

  • Effectively and rapidly define and communicate project expectations to team members.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of a project team either independently or in conjunction with key project team members that may include the Project Manager, Engagement Manager or Success Partner.
  • Manage and maintain team motivation and morale.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve or escalate issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Engage and partner with external experts and other partners, as and when required.
  • Support recruitment efforts for teams within the studio across different geographies.
