Global Cinema Operations Specialist

Are you the Global Cinema Operations Specialist that will strengthen the Dolby team? Do you have experience with SAP and Salesforce.com? As a Dolby Global Cinema Operations Specialist, you will interact directly with customers and various internal business groups to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and promptly while providing a best-in-class customer experience. This position will work from Dolby’s newly established Dublin service center and report to that region’s Global Sales Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Review the open sales order report daily and release orders without impediments for shipment.
Resolve issues with Product Managers, Dealers, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance to make orders shippable.
Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and other reports to support Customer’s and Sales team members’ needs.
Ensure a positive customer experience when managing all requests, as you are the main point of contact for the customer.
Set clear expectations for a customer on each order or request. Reset expectations as needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Engage technical support for applicable RMA and sales order inquiries, ensuring the customer issue is addressed.
Provide day-to-day support to all operations-functional area(s) and provide input to overall process enhancements.
Responsible for maintaining “master” customer account data in several systems
Ensure smooth and accurate processing of all sales orders and RMAs.
Understand and manage reports and dashboards to support ongoing operational execution.
Administer all aspects of a hardware loaner program in support of trade shows and other events.
Skills and qualifications:
Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com, and CRM is a must
Business and customer services management experience required
College degree preferred Logistics, Business or Finance
Language preferences: English is a must, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and Russian is an asset
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while working well within a team environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Manage continues improvement in line with international standards
Experience resolving medium to high-complexity business problems
