Junior Finance Production Analyst (m/f/d)

Your area of ​​responsibility:
• Supporting the Senior Controller in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis of local production activities
• Provide data and analysis of financial and commercial results, selling and overhead expenses, identify underlying trends (by film, zone and customer)
• Reviewing and monitoring of periodic participation accounts to local producers, subsidy reports to regional and federal bodies and ad hoc reports to relevant third parties
• Contact person for audits by local producers, film funding, subsidy agencies and relevant third parties
• Supporting the Shared Services team by providing analysis of the budget, explaining operational activities and projects
• Support in processing the daily administrative activities and financial processes

Your profile:
• Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably in the media industry with knowledge of film production
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented way of thinking
• Ability to think creatively, high degree of initiative and self-motivation
• Fluent knowledge of German and English
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
