As a Market Research Manager, you will lead a team of research analysts and quantify market potential opportunity, profitability, and pricing scenarios across offerings and markets. In addition, you will maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics by analyzing competitive landscape and customer needs and will enable offering and go-to-market readiness for an offering / offering portfolio.

Interesting Work You’ll Do:
• Lead a team of Research Analysts to analyze primary and secondary research across customers, analysts, and partners to understand market needs.
• Quantifying market potential opportunity, profitability, and pricing scenarios across offerings and markets.
• Offer strategic guidance to support design and validation of offering.
• Lead development of competitor profiles including SWOT analysis.
• Influence sales and marketing materials to differentiate offering from key competitor offerings.
• Articulate market and competitor findings internally to influence key business strategic decisions, including differentiation strategy and value proposition for offering.
• Provide guidance for interactions with press / analysts and build references for industry / customer referrals through strategic customer partnerships.
• Support training in planning continuous learning programs for sales team and partners, and creating training assets and tools.
Qualifications

Skills and Experiences You’ll Need to Be Successful:
• At least 5 years of experience in technical field
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field
• 3 to 5 years of management experience
Ideally, you will also have the following:
• At least 3 to 5 years of corporate experience in technical field. Offering / product management or consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and demonstrated acumen in market analysis, competitive landscape assessment.
• Shows strong quantitative skills and can manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a track record of producing results in a team environment.
