Product Owner, BlazeMeter

Position Summary:
BlazeMeter by Perforce is the leading Open Source based SaaS platform for Continuous Testing in the DevOps space. We serve thousands of customers including the largest companies across all areas such as Media, Financial Industries, Health Care, Insurance and Retail. With the help of our product these companies ensure the quality of their Web Applications, APIs, Mobile, and Desktop Applications to deliver mission & revenue critical services to millions of users & customers. We cover all aspects of Continuous Testing from simulating large load tests with millions of users all the way to enabling changing testing practices to a shift-left model that allows for delivering value within the context of the needs of an ever faster moving Software Development Life Cycle.
Responsibilities:
You will be Product Owner for multiple capabilities of the BlazeMeter Platform
You will be responsible for breaking down epics into stories and refining requirements down to a detailed level, so that engineers have clarity about what to work on.
You will participate in & drive cadence meetings with engineers as part of an agile framework.
You will work closely with the entire PM team including the VP of Product Management, as well as Engineering, UX, and be in direct contact with customers and field teams to identify & clarify requirements.
Like the rest of the world, you will find an environment where things can change rapidly and you will have to adapt to change. A healthy sense of not taking things personally will serve you well!
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Engineering background (education or work experience in Software Engineering)
Multiple years’ experience working as a PO or Product Manager
Must be able to build relationships with engineering teams as well as customers
Experience working in Agile Environments
Experience with SaaS products
Nice to have:
Experience in Performance Testing & QA space
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Automation
Experience with UX Design
Involvement in Open Source projects
Experience of working in customer facing roles
