Project Manager

Responsible for large, multi-regional efforts that have significant impact on the operational effectiveness of the organization. Acts as Project Manager – developing and maintaining documentation, follow up, and coordinating meetings and resources. Also, plans tasks and deliverables according to business priorities and project schedule. Regularly exercises discretion & independent judgment. The Project Manager will have the knowledge and flexibility to manage global teams, sensitive to cultural differences and working habits. Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be implemented. Responsible for various projects at the same time.
Qualifications
- Equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Business and 2+ years related experience, including knowledge of systems development methodologies.
- Must have excellent communication. Technical writing experience preferred.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to apply the principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with short timelines.
- Excellent planning, organizing, coordination, presentation, and time and meeting management skills.
- Able to interact effectively across organization/diverse cultures and communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.
- Knowledge/experience with IT infrastructure and networks. Software-related work strongly preferred.
- Understands PMI fundamentals and Scrum processes.
- Strong user of MS Office products. Experience with SharePoint, Visio, and MS Project highly desirable.
- Use and experience of Service Now’s PPM and Demand modules are a plus.
