About the Position

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll have a tremendously impactful role of being responsible over Qumulo’s quote-to-order lifecycle, specifically covering quoting and order management. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting and Operations, you will help build scalable practices and adopt new systems. Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the global Sales organization in the creation of non-standard quote structures in Salesforce.
Ensure all quotes are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus during period-end deadlines.
Collaborate and manage closely with renewals sales team to drive accurate renewals processing including proper pricing, exceptions approvals and business metrics tracking.
Understand end-to-end processes across the deal lifecycle, including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to quickly resolve issues.
Deliver ad-hoc and weekly business reporting and work with internal stakeholders to streamline the operating processes to support the standard cadence with business stakeholders
Participate in the recommendation and implementation of new processes across the organization.
Maintain accurate and clean data including new logo and customer hierarchy structure in Salesforce.
Partner with sales enablement, accounting, and legal to suggest content to educate sales teams on changes in processes, policies, and best practices to improve process and policy compliance.
Meet SLAs and prepare metrics to provide business visibility and consistency of practices across teams.
Ensure sales teams are compliant with internal policies specifically tied to deal structuring.
Maintain an up-to-date library of processes and resources for Revenue Operation team members.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
5+ years of relevant order management experience
High growth technology experience, ideally with SaaS contracts
Familiarity with system optimization/implementation
Meticulous attention to detail
Identifying problems and the ability to find solutions
A keen focus on scale, end-to-end automation and evolving processes for scale and efficiency
Advanced Excel skills required
Ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects while meeting goals and deadlines
Cloud Marketplace experience is plus
