5th Kind is seeking a Workflow Sales/Solution Engineer for our award-winning digital asset management platform that has helped some of your favorite brands deliver great storytelling, such as Disney, Marvel, WB, Riot Games, and Universal Feature Films! To support momentum and demand, we are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment, leveraging their subject matter expertise across a range of production, VFX, editorial workflows and pipelines to help our clients get the most out of the CORE Media OS.

Requirements:
● Develop a thorough understanding of 5th Kind’s Digital Asset Management Software (CORE)
and its role in all other related products/services which have the potential to bring value to
5th Kind customers and prospects.
● Partner with Sales and customer success to identify revenue prospects and opportunities to
increase our high-value service impact.
● Develop strong consultative relationships with customers and partners by understanding
their business objectives and process-improvement requirements.
● Work in partnership with Sales Executives to articulate and demonstrate the value
proposition of 5th Kind software solutions to prospective customers.
● Demonstrate how the proposed solution can add substantial value in replacing or enhancing
the customer’s current business environment.
● Communicate and interact effectively with customers, as well as internally with product
management, quality control, deployment, support, and other departments within 5th Kind.
● Help to build an effective technical onboarding process and support the customer success
team, when so required.

Qualifications:
● 5 years of proven track record in a customer-facing or relevant technical role specifically in
the MAM/DAM, Production, Studio or Gaming field. (Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architect,
Product Management, Technical Consultant).
● Proven experience directly working with and/or designing and implementing a Production,
VFX, Editorial workflow/pipeline for film,TV or gaming
● Experience and exposure in Enterprise software platforms or SaaS experience; Software
implementation, consulting, or SME.
● Customer-Oriented Achiever – building dedication and trust through solid work ethics and a
customer-focused demeanor.
● Sales Orientated – focused and driven by the challenge of developing new customers or
finding untapped opportunities to help grow their business and improve their processes.
● Flexible and creative professional style with a knack for building relationships, and
influencing and challenging the status quo.
● Strong critical thinking skills, analytical and consultative skillset to analyze site-specific
workflow processes and recommend solutions that define improvement and streamlining for
customers.
● Well-developed customer presence and presentation skills; ability to present intricate
technology solutions and process improvements to multiple teams with a range of
experience and skills and engage at the executive level. Previous experience in
business-to-business (B2B) sales studios or media clients is a bonus
● Self-motivated with good interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to handle multi-level
relationships
