Global Insights (GI) is comprised by 3 important teams: Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and Enablers. Business Partners have a direct relationship with key business units to enable focus on the most important business issues and opportunities through a collaborative and powerful insights partnership that can drive true commercial impact.

Core Responsibilities

Be a pivotal part of the GI Business Partnering Team that collaborates with entities across the company. Concretely partner with a diverse range of the business as the Business Partner for the Americas Market Group and drive insights into decision making globally and regionally.

Encourage and provoke decisions via objectivity and inquiry-based insights. Working with our business teams, among others, help craft the current and future go to market strategy & planning by providing data based analysis and insight narratives.

Be a member of selected and relevant decision fora and/or leadership teams.

Work seamlessly across the Business Partnering team and business entities to ensure “end to end” value chain thinking and harmonization and collaborate closely with other teams in GI including Insights managers who will conduct the research on agreed initiatives.

Connect dots across multiple data and insights sources to root cause analyses and produce relevant and compelling business storylines that are embedded and actioned by business units.

Do you have what it takes?

Minimum 7-10+ years of shown experience in consultancy, marketing and/or insights related functions with a track record of translating insights into brand and business results and understanding of market research.

Excellent communicator and inspirer, with experience in crafting strategic impact via synthesized and well-rounded storytelling.

Excellent collaborator with ability to work across functional areas and ideally experience working within an innovation pipeline and go-to-market including understanding vendor/retailer relationships and associated insights.

Strong eye for business as well as ability and passion to bridge this with insights consultancy.

Big picture and critical thinker with courage to provoke constructively.

Thrives and contributes well both in teams and as an individual contributor.

Self-motivated and growing within ambiguity.
