Role Description: Sr. Product Manager – FedRAMP/Government Solutions

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and growth of our Object Storage SaaS product for the FedRAMP and Government market. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy, driving customer adoption, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your deep understanding of the FedRAMP and Government market, combined with your product management expertise, will be essential in driving the success of our offering.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Object Storage SaaS product in the FedRAMP and Government market.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Ensure the product meets all necessary compliance requirements, maintain relevant certifications, and streamline the FedRAMP authorization process by implementing the advised features with engineering.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage releases, and support go-to-market strategies.
Engage with key customers in the FedRAMP and Government market to understand their needs, gather feedback, and drive product adoption.

Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with a focus on SaaS products and a track record of successfully launching and managing products in the FedRAMP and Government market.
Deep understanding of cloud-based object storage technologies and architectures, along with knowledge of relevant regulations and certifications such as FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, and CMMC.
Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, identifying customer needs, and understanding the competitive landscape within the FedRAMP and Government sector.
Stay up-to-date with the FedRAMP authorization process, compliance frameworks, and security controls relevant to SaaS products targeting government customers by working closely with the compliance team.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and compliance.
