Software Developer – Fraud and Security Intelligence
Responsibilities include collaborating with customers and team members to implement innovative approaches to real world problems; providing support of the product to existing and new customers; re-architecting portions of the solution to meet ever changing customer demands; assisting in writing external and internal documentation; and performing other duties as assigned.
*Ideal candidate will have experience with systems that deal with high volume/high transaction low latency response times.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
8+ years of programming/development experience.
Computer programming skills, which includes Java, C and SQL.
Server side computing skills; i.e. threading, parallelization of processes (MUST have).
Experience with real-time applications.
Experience with machine learning.
Experience with NoSQL data stores; i.e. Elastic Search, CouchBase, MongoDB.
Experience with high performance hash frameworks; i.e. Chronicle Map, Redis.
Additional Skills and Experience:
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to relate business concepts and user needs to SAS solutions.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
