About the role:
Join the team that designs, deploys and manages Xperi’s Global IT Infrastructure. As Senior Director, IT Infrastructure, you’ll lead an international team of Engineers and Architects who deliver and support Network, Hosting, Data Center and Cloud-based infrastructure solutions .
What you will get to do:
Lead a global IT infrastructure team that owns deployment and operations of Data Center, Server, Storage, Network (WAN/LAN) and Cloud solutions
Develop the infrastructure roadmap in support of corporate and product initiatives
Design the architecture of Xperi IT Infrastructure solutions in the areas of Network, Data Center, Hosting and Cloud technologies
Collaborate with and influence Xperi leadership at the Executive level
Who we are looking for:
Must have:
10+ Years leading IT Infrastructure teams
Expert-level experience with Network technologies (Cisco, PAN, Juniper)
Expert-level experience with Server and Storage technologies
Expert-level experience with cloud-based services (AWS and Google) and hybrid-cloud
Proven experience managing a multi-million dollar budget
Experience with on-premise virtualization and hyperconverged technologies
Experience managing assets in data centers and co-locations
Track record of delivering complex infrastructure solutions at a global scale
Proven experience leading international teams
Keen troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to have:
Monitoring and logging tools
