As Solution Architects in the Product Development Organization, we are primary drivers for making customers, field teams, and partners successful in their implementation and adoption of Adobe Experience Platform and Applications. We work with Adobe’s strategic customers and field teams to ensure technical success, product adoption and advancement. Based on customer usage and feedback we identify and drive product innovation through the development lifecycle. We work to establish standard methodologies and technical guides for the broader Adobe ecosystem to increase product adoption, enablement and customer success.What You’ll Do
Work closely with customers and implementation teams to understand functional requirements of specific use cases.
Guide in solution architecture recommendations and provide enablement across applications and services to field teams, customers, and partners as a trusted advisor to help ensure customer success and scale the business.
Work with customers, support teams, product and engineering to help resolve critical customer issues and drive requests to resolution.
Author and deliver use case implementation and developer guides that serve as a reference for customer and partner implementations and technical enablement.
Find opportunities for product improvements and new solutions through the implementation process. Drive innovation into the product development lifecycle and tooling development.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Deep experience with enterprise architecture, experience with Adobe clouds and solutions.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to work across business and technical partners. High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity. Ability to drive a meeting agenda and respond with credibility and executive presence.
Team oriented, ability to adapt to needs and demands of internal and external partners.
Ability to coalesce and communicate sophisticated ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to identify action items, coordinate and drive initiatives across teams to establish expectations and track progress.
Passion for new challenges and learning about industry and technology trends, inventive and able to absorb concepts quickly.
Technical curiosity to dive deep and learn the technology to resolve issues and establish technical credibility.
Experience leading implementation efforts of business applications at large enterprise customers across the phases of discovery, design, develop, deploy, and run & operate.
Experience in product development and driving product advancement through the software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with REST APIs (send/receive data to/from Platform in real-time).
Familiarity with web and mobile technologies; browsers, cookies, HTML, JavaScript.
Experience with advertising and customer experience technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, Email systems, customer data marts, etc.)
Familiarity with data warehousing, analysis, and customer data environments (including data storage, movement, security, CRM systems, BI Tools)
