VP, Enterprise Sales

The Position
The Vice President, Enterprise Sales executive role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer of Rightsline. This role may have some direct reports within the sales team in the future and requires coaching, mentoring and contributing to the company sales target.
**We are looking to fill this role in a remote environment**
What you will do:
Growth and Expansion
Develop a growth strategy that supports Rightsline’s position as the leading global IP Commerce technology and expand our geographic footprint in EMEA (Emerging Middle East, Europe and Africa)
Research and identify growth opportunities within EMEA
Identify and prioritize target segments within target markets
Collaborate with Marketing and product teams as needed to articulate and develop value propositions that meet evolving market needs
Collaborate with Marketing Team as needed to develop campaigns, messaging, presentations and partnerships
Primary sales of EMEA Enterprise opportunities with an emphasis on Royalties and Finance in target markets
Lead RFP responses and bids as appropriate – Leading the response and orchestrating internal resources, creating Statements of Work, project plans, costing estimates and supporting documentation
Attending conferences, events and potential speaking and panel opportunities
Engaging with leading consultancies and system integrators and other partners
Team
Participate in creating and maintaining a productive, happy and collaborative environment for the sales team in EMEA
Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members as needed to develop sales and other related skills
Help coordinate team activities in the region
What you will bring:
Experience in an enterprise level technology sales role (Finance or IP related technology desired)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Sales
History of strong leadership experience
Clear understanding of the SAAS proposition and the provision of professional services
Strong negotiation skills to ensure full value is achieved for the business
Highly driven to continually exceed target quotas
High levels of integrity to ensure a fair and consistent approach
Very strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Must enjoy meeting, selling, presenting to customers and potential customers
Strategic, self-motivated, proactive leader that will roll up their sleeves and work with a dynamic team to drive rapid growth across global markets
Existing network of active senior relationships across target markets desired
Driven to discover and formulate strategies to go after new opportunities
Exceptional communicator with strong attention to detail
A proven track record of inspiring and mentoring teams
Ability to work independently in the region, while playing a strong part in the sales team
Good knowledge of different business functions within the target industry, particularly rights, accounting and other commercials
Willing and able to travel (as needed)
