VP, Sr. Data Advisor
Genpact
Responsibilities:
A senior leader building and deepening the Advisory offering on Data and Analytics Strategy
Work with C levels of fortune 1000 organizations to educate and strategize on the reframing of the data paradigm
Lead from the front driving Data and analytics pursuits
Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions
Support business development efforts by participating in proposal development, sales pursuits, and client presentations
Expand the footprint of data and analytics in Genpact’s client context
Drive consulting and transformational engagements using data as the pivot, leading to augmented intelligence (AI and ML) and advanced analytics
Coordinate and interact with Genpact’s domain service lines, functional and digital product offerings to deliver differentiated business impact

Minimum Qualifications
Relevant experience focused on data warehousing and business intelligence
Proven Experience working with CIO/ Chief Data / Analytics officers to shape data strategy, implementation and build of data platforms on newer tech stack on the cloud.
Business and management consulting experience with large strategy or management/ tech consulting organizations on managing expectations at the C Suite
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
Very deep industry expertise in one of Consumer Goods, Retail, Lifesciences, or health care
Leading and working with large Cloud Data Platform, Cloud Data migration or Enterprise Information Management programs;
Understanding and experience with modern cloud data warehouse and engineering for one or more of the following cloud providers – GCP (BigQuery, Vertex, Cognitive Services), Snowflake, Azure (Synapse, Dynamo, Cosmos, Azure ML, Power BI), AWS (Redshift, Sage maker), Tableau;
Possessing a certification(s) in one of the following is a big plus – AWS/Azure/GCP data engineering;
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding and familiarity with one or more is a big plus – CI/CD, cloud devops, containers (Kubernetes/Docker, etc.), Python/PySpark/JavaScript
Understanding or knowledge in SQL, report generation using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI, programming using Python/Spark
