The position: 

As a Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning work and coordinating resources within the Bucharest based Content Operations Team. This is a new role where the right person can help develop and define how workflow actions are tracked and managed in operations. Reporting into the Director of Content Operations you will communicate statuses and escalate issues to stakeholders internally.

Working closely with media content operators, project managers, account managers and business development executives you will ensure that work is appropriately allocated and executed with deadline impacting obstacles communicated in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills are a must have quality. You will also often be required to provide operational status updates to customers in writing or verbally.

This position would ideally suit someone currently in a media operations role looking to step up to a coordination role. You will be time flexible as stakeholders and clients exist in multiple time zones, Amsterdam, London, Bucharest, and Los Angeles. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Planning and allocation of submitted orders for operational work. 
Providing of daily status updates to stakeholders/internally and externally 
Facilitation and prioritisation of work from multiple clients and stakeholders 
Ad hoc project coordination and milestone tracking. 

Validation of incoming schedules, metadata and media 
Receiving and logging of incoming requests and assessing their impact on delivery timelines 
Participation in daily operational standups 
Providing delivery reporting to customers and tracking of SLA data 
Escalating delivery blockers/resource issues 

Raising JIRA tickets for the internal operational team 
Raising support tickets for issues and ensuring that these are escalated and picked up 
Touch base daily with account management in Los Angeles and ensure that their requests are actioned by the content operations team 
Track metrics contributing to KPIs (key performance indicators)

JIRA for tracking operational work  

 

Your needed qualifications: 

A demonstratable passion for the media industry 
An interest in and knowledge of VoD, OTT Streaming and media content operations.  
You have a reputation for being highly organised  
A proven track record managing a complex workload 

Fluency in English with excellent written skills 
Proficiency with Nordic language(s) is an advantage 
Experience in expectation management both internally and externally  
Experience of working a fast-paced media operations environment 
Proficiency in the management of deadlines
