Right around the corner, just beyond the plates of turkey, the gifts, and ringing in the New Year, CES 2014 will be here. And that means the 2nd Screen Summit returns to Las Vegas and CES for another afternoon of great speakers, new technology, business opportunities, and a terrific opportunity to spend an afternoon with second screen technology innovators.
The 2nd Screen Summit is an official conference program partner with International CES, kicking off the world’s largest technology trade show on the afternoon of January 6, 2014 at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. Following up on last year’s sold-out Summit at CES, the 2nd Screen Summit returns for an afternoon of programming focused on the latest business opportunities, creative case studies and technology innovations related to the creation of supplementary, synchronized and social TV content for tablets and smartphones.
The half-day event will feature two tracks of panels and presentations featuring speakers from Hollywood, Madison Avenue and Silicon Valley. Thought leaders include Rick Liebling of Y&R, Greg Consiglio of Viggle, Will Harvey of Ogilvy, Ashwin Navin of Samba.tv, AJ McGowan of Unicorn Media and Jeremy Toeman of Dijit. Moderators for the sessions include Colin Dixon of nScreenMedia and Dawn Chmielewski of the Los Angeles Times.
The half-day Summit, held the day before exhibits open at CES, is designed to be the epicenter of all things 2nd screen where business leaders gather, from tablet & mobile app developers and broadcast executives, to advertising agencies, creative content producers and social media, commerce and 2nd screen innovators.
