Belinsky Named President of Deluxe Delivery Operations (MESA)

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group has named Brett Belinsky as its president of Deluxe Delivery operations, bringing the content delivery veteran over from Encompass Digital Media, where he served as managing director. Belinsky will report to Deluxe CEO John Wallace, and will oversee direct management of Deluxe’s Delivery division, covering the company’s global digital supply chain, home entertainment services, linear and OTT distribution services, Deluxe OnDemand and MediaStore operations…
“Brett is a recognized industry leader in the global satellite and content delivery industries,” Wallace said. “With over 20 years of experience, Brett will provide invaluable insight on both digital convergence and the changing consumer landscape. As we continue to expand Deluxe’s file delivery ecosystem for our customers, Brett will lead the execution of Deluxe’s linear content delivery and integrated OTT strategy by aligning our technology solutions and professional services with client goals and industry advancements.”
At Encompass Digital Media, Belinsky helped build the company’s global, digital business with a scalable VOD offering. Belinsky has also served as chairman of the World Teleport Association and was previously the director of strategy, business and market development for Arqiva Broadcast & Media.
