FilmTrack Expands Team with Three Additions (MESA)

Intellectual property management software company FilmTrack has added three long-time industry experts to its ranks, boosting its ranks in Studio City, Calif.

The company’s new director of solution consulting will be Geo Verna, who brings more than 15 years of information technology experience, most recently serving at 20th Century Fox, where he supported legal IT systems. His new role has him assisting FilmTrack clients with software pre-sales, integration and development goals. Before Fox, he ran the pre-sales group in Los Angeles and London for Counterpoint Systems. He’s also held IT positions at HP, EDS and Towers Perrin.

For the role of implementation manager, Matt Palmer will share responsibility for the delivery of FilmTrack’s software solutions. He comes to the company from Vistex, where he served as an application consultant, where he assisted in implementation and support of that company’s enterprise software services.

Holly Royer will be FilmTrack’s new product manager for consumer products, where she’ll focus on the enhancement and improvement of RoyaltyZone, which FilmTrack acquired in March. Royer is a licensing industry and software veteran, with positions at Dependable Solutions, Primedia, and Peterson Publishing.

“We are excited to expand our team and welcome, Geo Verna, Matt Palmer and Holly Royer, to the FilmTrack family. Their expertise and in-depth industry knowledge supports our charter to focus on customer satisfaction,” said Jason Kassin, FilmTrack CEO and co-founder.
