Duff & Phelps Announces New Business Unit After Kroll Acquisition (MESA)

Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value for clients, today announced the formation of a new business unit as a result of its recently completed acquisition of Kroll.

The Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes practice combines Duff & Phelps’ expertise in disputes and investigations with Kroll’s extensive investigations, cyber security, due diligence and compliance skills. Carl Jenkins, who has been serving as global leader for Duff & Phelps’ Disputes and Investigations practice, has been named global leader for the Governance, Risk, Investigations and Disputes unit.
