Softtek Achieves TMMi Level 5 Recertification Through AI

Softtek announced it has again been appraised at the level 5 Testing Maturity Model Integration (TMMi), representing the highest level (Optimization) for the respective industry standards.
In 2016, Softtek received its TMMi Level 5 appraisal by accredited assessors from Experimentus.
“We are honored to be one of 13 companies worldwide to hold the level 5 TMMi status,” stated Ernesto Davila, Quality Assurance & Validation Practice Director of Softtek. “This milestone represents an important differentiation of our services in a highly competitive marketplace, and evidences our ability to continually improve our test processes using statistical data, mature practices and machine learning.”
According to a statement by Experimentus regarding the 2020 assessment, “We are impressed that the excellent processes demonstrated then had not only been maintained, but had been adapted and improved where necessary. Innovative approaches to testing such as Softtek’s Intelligent Test Automation Solution were also noted as evidence of a commitment to continuous process improvement.”
Softtek is the first company with origins in Latin America to obtain recertification in TMMi Level 5. This year also marks the firm’s first year in implementing its own AI tool to propel automation and efficiency improvements.
