MESA Member Webinar Week Ahead: Feb. 15-19

Edgescan discusses the current vulnerability landscape, PK offers insights into making the most of loyalty analytics, and Box shares ways to make welcoming content to the cloud easy as ever before.

Those are just a few of the online events from the MESA community the week of Feb. 15-19, according to MESA’s global member e-calendar.

Here’s a look at what’s ahead:

Wednesday:

• In its “Vulnerability Landscape 2021” presentation Edgescan brings its CEO Eoin Keary, COO Rahim Jina and tech writer Dan Raywood together to discuss the findings and implications of Edgescan’s 2021 Vulnerability Stats Report.

• “Workflow Wisdom: Harness the Power of Logging and Automation” will see EditShare’s Dan Schaffer, director of partner strategy and enablement, and Jeff Miller, senior pre-sales engineer, explore using logging and automation to maximise the value and efficiency of your media production workflows.

• Clay Walton-House, managing director of integrated loyalty solutions for PK, will walk attendees through the benefits of loyalty analytics solutions that leverage the strength of data-science practice and business intelligence technology, to help loyalty and analytics leaders get the right information at the right time, in the webinar “Loyalty Analytics: The Metrics that Matter in the Customer Journey.”

Thursday:

• “Welcome to the Content Cloud” will see Box CEO Aaron Levie, chief product officer Varun Parmar, and VP of Box consulting Kelly Millsaps, discuss their vision for the Content Cloud: one secure platform to help customers manage the entire content lifecycle.

• Sarah Reed, senior director of content and event marketing for Zendesk, will be joined by Jon Smith, head of customer experience for Calendly, in the webinar “A CX Moment with Calendly,” where they’ll discuss the approach to strategy and operations and what Smith thinks is next for CX in 2021.
