BB-Media CEO Brings Insights to EIDR Annual Participant Meeting

Media and entertainment data and advisory firm BB-Media is sponsoring the April 13 EIDR Annual Participant Meeting, and its CEO and founder Tomas Gennari, will take the stage twice to deliver data and marketplace insights.

First up is “What’s on? 314,336 Films, 94,539 Shows & 3,100,354 Episodes,” where Gennari will tackle the wildest content intelligence endeavor in the history of entertainment business.” He’ll share ideas on how much progress the industry is making toward stitching together every available title across every existent streaming service in the world.

Then, in “Trends on Marketplaces & Universal Audiovisual Databases,” Gennari will offer details on FlickShow, the BB-Media-owned one-stop registrar for movies and TV shows. He’ll discuss the current trends behind online audiovisual marketplaces, give insights into universal audiovisual databases and share why EIDR will become increasingly important going forward.

For 2021 edition of the EIDR Annual Participant Meeting, the theme will revolve around adoption of EIDR across enterprises and streaming platforms, with discussions centered on ubiquitous coverage, new adoption paths, and user engagement. Studios, streaming giants, EIDR’s board and more will be on hand to celebrate what EIDR’s accomplished to date, and what’s on the horizon.
